Alright girls... last Post of the semester :-(
Its been a great semester and I feel like I have learned so much! I really have taken alot from this course that I will be able to use in my classroom. So anyways we present tomorrow. make sure you dress appropriately!!! We are ready to do this I finished our group powerpoint so lets cross our fingers it works tomorrow. Hey Girls,

Okay...first question..PAM what the heck are you doing on here at freaking 5am..and second since Shayne re did the powerpoint what now? This is what I'm thinking...I say good job shayne for redoing it but i still think we should do the other powerpoint just to make everything go over smoother...it will keep everything in order...and just make everything go a lot faster...So I still think we should still do the slides and incorporate that into our presentation..I also think it will make us look like we put forth more effort towards the presentation...Emily and I are going to meet MONDAY...if you can meet us great if you cant...thats okay too just make sure to have everything to me by tomorrow night...

ALSO...can everyone please send me everything you have done as an attachment once more to my email...I know its a pain but I want everything to be the updated version...i know we have made a lot of changes...and i want to be able to save them to my flashdrive/computer and then resend them to myself in an email..i thought this would also be faster to be able to just go into my email Thursday morning pull everything up as the attachment...haha okay..Let me know girls if you have any input!

Good job girls!! Nicole thanks for the email telling us what we have left to do! I am going to send you my things for the powerpoint this weekend. I actually figured out how to make it interactive so should we maybe try and meet monday instead of putting it together on your own? Because in order to link it to other programs you have to add an action to the powerpoint. Do you know how to add the actions that link to our project examples? Let me know what you think

We are doing very well. I am going to work on the PodCast tonight, and also I have all my things posted on the team website. We are almost finished girls! good job!

OK guys! I figured out google.sites!!!! I started our website. I e-mailed you guys everything you need to do for the site. You are all responsible for your actual site for your individual projects. You are to put all your projects on the site with your name. If you have any questions at all either call my cell phone or ask the questions here! If you ask the questions here hopefully everyone else could benefit from your questions. I will check the blog periodically through the days. I am hoping we can have the entire website completed by Monday and be ready to present!!

I started working on my digital story and my podcast! It is actually interesting putting it all together. I am having fun with this project.

ok so..Pam finished the stuff for chapter 7 and so did i...once the powerpoint and everything is emailed to us we will email it to you guys....I got Emily's email thanks for that btw...didnt get to open all of them bc i dont have the apps on my phone but where are the pictures? and also where is the powerpoint?

How is everyone doing on their projects? I have the chapter 7 powerpoint finished and I have the second lesson plan revised.

Ok so right now, Shayne is revising the brochure so that it is able to be folded right, Emily is fixing up the newsletter and the booklet. I will be looking at chapter 7 in the book and making a powerpoint to teach the class. Emily is going to be making a booklet so that we have a handout for the class when we are teaching. Does anyone have any other thoughts on that? The chapter assignment is due next Tuesday.

Powerpoint/Booklet

Ok...SO!!! Pam is making changes to her newsletter she is planning on resending it to all of us so we can post it on our websites. I revised the concept map and posted it on this blog so if you can't get it to save for some reason just...email me! Shayne your done with the powerpoint (make sure you check to make sure your done with all the requirements if there is any)! We just need to get the booklet done now...we need to have a hard copy handed in by Thursday after class! To get this done...Emily you will need to do three pages on the animals and the habitats that you did for the video..and Shayne you will need to do the same! I will do the same wtih it! Emily we will email this to you (because you said you will do the header/footer/print/table of content pages for us...This needs to be printed out by Thursday morning...and then Emily you need to email it to every single one of us so that we can all post it on to our websites! If you have any questions just text me! Thanks guys!!

I resent it to you Pam, hopefully it opened. Also what all were we supposed to put on our website? I have Shayne's project and mine and I have the lesson plan and video. I still need Nicole and Pam's projects to post to my website...

I was reading the directions for this week's assignment (week 5). She gave us a list of four things we need to have completed in which we each need to pick one to do ourselves. I didn't know if anyone knew about it, but we don't get to do ours whenever we want I don't think. According to her page, we pick as we go along with the weeks. Let me know what you think.

We are putting the finishing touches onto our video in which we filmed! We just need to edit it and put it together then hand it in!!!

Nice job on the video! WAY TO GO!! as long as we can figure out how to get it in movie maker :)

So I just finished my WebQuest. Are we going to meet to work on our lesson plan or are we just supposed to start our stuff ourselves?

I finished my webquest .. woohooo!!! for that :) I am going to clear up the next assignment with lesson plan thing on Thursday because I am a bit confused about that. I am not sure if we are writing a lesson plan and just putting 2 of those assignments in our lesson plan for the kids to do, or if we have to make the 2 assignments ourself, or if we have to do both .. a little confused, I am going to ask her about it on Thursday!

I am doing the poster and the rubric for the assignment due on March 2!

For the lesson plan assignment I will be doing a Hotlist and a Powerpoint.

Ok so obviously I fell a little behind. I am doing the artic. My main animal is a polar bear and my two other animals are penguins and seals.

O yes, and I just wanted to let you all know, I have all the animals cut out and glued on the sticks, and my blocks are done! I hope that you are all ready to film this thing!!! Should be fun :)

Length of Scene

For the square layout, I think each scene 20 seconds long because that will make it in our time range.

Nicole ... now please understand I am an over achiever ;-) .. so yes I will be cutting them all out and gluing them on the sticks!!!!
